I’m currently finishing up the last semester of my master’s degree at Carnegie Mellon’s Human-Computer Interaction Institute (HCII).
Much of the work I’ve done at CMU has focused on incorporating human factors engineering into modern digital design, working to create a safer and more beautiful tomorrow. My primary interests lie at the intersection of the digital + physical, and how we use technology to navigate an increasingly complex world.
In my ‘past’ life, I worked in architecture + fashion ... tangential fields that gave me a crash course in understanding how to design for and communicate with people (... and how to think on your feet while putting out proverbial fires at New York Fashion Week!).
When I’m not studying, working, or designing for fun, I’m likely caring for my cat, Felix, watching classic movies at Row House Cinema here in Pittsburgh (I am a devout Wong Kar-wai fan), or getting my daily 10k+ steps in (yes, really) while discovering new places.
✨ I am open to upcoming UX/UI roles beginning September 2022. ✨
